Materials:
1. We offer keypad entry on doors with programmable codes.
2. We use 20 gauge glossy white panels in hall for strength and to maximize reflective lighting.
3. We offer suspended ceiling in hallways upon request.
4. We use 14 gauge or 16-gauge 4" steel available in red oxide or galvanized finish.
5. All trim materials including gutters constructed from 26-gauge material.
6. All sheet and trim material comes with a manufacture warranty.
7. All buildings are pre-engineering to meet local codes and regulations

9. We build RV and boat storage with a wide range of design types to chose from.

Materials:
1. All partitions sheets constructed with 29-gauge galvalume material installed with ceiling trim.
2. We use 26 gauge roof panels available in standing seam or screw on.
3. All screws used on roof system are long life screws providing maximum resistance to corrosion and leaks.
4. We use 14 gauge and 16 gauge 4" steel available in red oxide or galvanized.
5. We use 29 gauge galvalume partition panels for corrosive-free long life.
6. Foundation includes 4" monolithic concrete slab with 12" x 12 " reinforced concrete footings on outside perimeter.
7. Engineered concrete drawings included with building package.
